Cresa Washington DC recently represented IndraSoft in the relocation of its headquarters to 1768 Business Center Drive in Reston, VA. Cresa is the world’s largest corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and specializes in the delivery of integrated corporate services.
IndraSoft, which delivers professional and IT services to the Department of Defense, civil agencies, and the public sector, will occupy 9,987 square feet on the second floor of the standalone, four-story, 97,309 square-foot office building. The new space will be an expansion of its current 5,040 square-foot location at 11150 Sunset Hills Road, also in Reston.
Cresa Senior Vice President Dan Shapiro represented IndraSoft in the transaction. The owner, Vero, LLC, was represented by Tom Walsh of Cushman & Wakefield.
According to Shapiro, who works in Cresa’s office in Bethesda, MD, IndraSoft’s lease was expiring, and the company wanted to relocate the corporate office to accommodate growth.
The projected move-in date is May 2017.
