Cresa, the world’s largest corporate real estate advisory firm exclusively representing tenants and occupiers, has added Jeff Estep and Matt Ryder as a part of the recently announced Cresa Consulting Group (CCG) based in Atlanta. Estep, who lives in Marietta, serves as CCG Managing Principal and Global Director, and Ryder, who lives in Atlanta, serves as Principal.
CCG, formerly a well-established, independent firm known as Honour Consulting before joining with Cresa, includes a large staff of seasoned industry professionals located at multiple sites throughout the country. CCG provides “true operational consulting services” to Cresa’s offices and clients worldwide.
Estep founded Honour in 1999, building a robust practice based on a “strategy to implementation” approach. The Honour process aligns operations, labor, technology, supply chain, and logistics with location planning to deliver real estate solutions that support the long-term business strategy.
Prior to Honour, Estep was the Corporate Materials Management Manager at UPS for 16 years. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics with a minor in finance from The University of Georgia and serves on the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Board of Directors.
Ryder was previously Director of Operations at WellStar Health System and a Strategy Consultant at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. He also served as the Senior Managing Director of Consulting at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in Atlanta for nine years.
Ryder received a Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. He also holds an MBA from the Emory University Goizueta Business School in Atlanta.
“This is a terrific opportunity to join the world’s leading tenant rep advisory firm,” says Estep. “Our entrepreneurial spirit, passion for delivering implementable solutions that are tenant focused make us a great match with Cresa. We look forward to working with Cresa’s existing resources and adding value in helping clients align their operations with real estate portfolios and long-term business plans.”
