Cresa Baltimore recently represented Three Dog Logistics in a sub-lease to direct lease expansion at 8250 Preston Court in Jessup, MD. Cresa is the world’s largest corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and specializes in the delivery of integrated services.
Three Dog Logistics, a mailing and shipping logistics company, previously occupied approximately 15,000 square feet in Savage, MD. The company will now lease 33,532 square feet of the 101,297 square feet of the building, located within the Baltimore-Washington Industrial Park (BWIP).
Scott Wingrat of Cresa represented the tenant and negotiated a longer-term lease. The landlord, Capital Partners, Inc., was represented by John Boote and John Wilhide of CBRE. According to Wingrat, Three Dog Logistics chose to remain in BWIP because its building is well-maintained and in a central location with proximity to both Baltimore and Washington, DC.
Cresa has local offices in the District of Columbia; Baltimore, MD; Bethesda, MD; and McLean, VA. Cresa Washington DC Managing Principal Richard M. Rhodes is also CEO of Cresa LLC.
